Classes are held Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 9:00am-3:00pm, and begin every 2 months.

Goodwill Program Benefits:
- Administrative Office Skills: 685 total hours of instruction.
- Certifications that may be obtained include: International Computer Driving License (ICDL), Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification in Word and/or Excel, and Diploma.

- I.C.D.L. (International Computer Driving License) Certification
- Concepts of IT, File Management*, Word Processing*, Spreadsheets, Data Base, Presentation, and Internet and Email*.

- ICDL is a certification that establishes that the holder has knowledge of the essential concepts of Information Technology (IT) and is able to use a personal computer and common computer applications at a recognized level of competence. The syllabus is broken down into seven modules; a test for each must be passed before the ICDL certificate is awarded.
- Concepts of IT, File Management*, Word Processing*, Spreadsheets, Data Base, Presentation, and Internet and Email*.
- MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) Certification.
- The MOS certification program provides computer program literacy, measures proficiency, and identifies opportunities for enhancement of skills. Successful candidates receive a Microsoft Office Specialist certification credential that sets them apart from their peers in the competitive job market. The certificate is a valuable credential that is recognized worldwide as proof that an individual has the desktop computing skills needed to work productively and efficiently.
