Asia is a success story for Goodwill's HEART House program.
Asia entered the HEART House Program with her 1 year old son and pregnant with her 2nd child. She came from an abusive situation, and was determined to make a better life for herself and her children. She enrolled in the Keys program, began attending CCAC’s accounting program and has maintained a high grade average. She has also accepted responsibility of her 14-year-old stepsister who lost her father. In December Asia will graduate with an Associates degree in accounting, and has begun the process of accessing affordable housing for her family.
