Cheryl

Cheryl has had a long and productive employment relationship with Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania.
Cheryl has worked at the South Side store since it opened in 1996. Many years ago, when she first came to Goodwill for an education, she trained at our previous South Side store just a block away. Earlier, Cheryl learned what it means to be a good employee by training in Goodwill's production services department, an environment where she learned to manage her time, brushed up on her counting skills, and improved on her work and team relationship skills. Today, Cheryl works four days a week, tagging garments and helping to fill the racks with donated clothing. Cheryl gives most of the money she earns to her mother, who helps her manage and save it.
