Ernest earned full-time employment in the CRC program and enjoys the opportunity to 'give back.'
Ernest started his participation in the CRC program approximately 18 months ago. Following an unexpected layoff, and unable to collect unemployment, he applied for cash assistance and chose to participate in the CRC program with hopes of becoming employed with Goodwill. He already had his A+ Certification and Microsoft Professional Certification; which would eventually help him obtain a Team Leader position and full-time employment in the CRC program. He has been employed with the agency for over one year and appreciates the opportunity he was provided and what he can “give back.”
