Where Is the Store?
The North Hills store is located in Ross Town Centre on McKnight Road, across the street from the second entrance to Ross Park Mall.

When Is It open?
The store is open Monday through Saturday, 9:00am-9:00pm, and on Sunday, 11:00am-5:00pm. The new location opened on May 4, 2011.

Who Works There?
There are two full-time employees, Dana Pritchard, assistant manager, and Bobbi Burney, team lead, and 14 part-time employees. The store will also soon have a new store manager, Susan Myers.

How Many Donations?
Donations are taken in the back of the store during hours of operation. North Hills receives anywhere from 50 to 200 donations during the weekdays, and more on the weekends.

Why Is the Store Successful?
Customers would say that the store has a wide selection of items, and a lot of customers will visit the store regularly to see what is new.

Interesting Facts ...
North Hills store has a lot of regular customers who visit and love the friendly staff. They also like that the store helps  by taking donations for the food bank.
