Through Goodwill's VITA Program, Kenneth is able to receive tax assistance at no cost.
Kenneth has used the Goodwill VITA site to file his taxes ever since the first site opened in McKeesport. He works in the Goodwill Production Department and is always happy to have VITA complete his taxes. In 2011, one of the volunteers (a college student) “cut her teeth” by doing his interview and returns. He was as happy to help her learn as she was to have an easy customer for her first official return. This year, the Site Coordinator completed his taxes for him. Ken plans to have the Goodwill VITA site complete his taxes every year.
