Tina is a trainee working on skills to ensure a goal of competitive placement in a retail setting. Tina works along side the other store employees, often taking her direction from store management. She is responsible for organizing the clothing racks that will go out to the floor, pulling outdated merchandise from the sales floor and stocking the shelves with house wares. She is well organized and detail oriented, which is relied upon by management as she serves as the final quality control check of racks going to the floor, ensuring quality and efficiency.
