Beginning October 1, Goodwill of North Central West Virginia is running a special donation contest for a chance to win a ticket package to the West Virginia/Oklahoma football game.
Here’s how the contest works: anyone donating items such as clothing and household items at any Goodwill NCWV Store (located in Bridgeport, Buckhannon, Elkins, Fairmont and Morgantown) as well as Goodwill SWPA stores in Uniontown and Washington, from October 1 through November 13 will receive a text to enter code. One grand prize winner will be drawn on Monday, November 14 from all entries received. That person will receive two tickets to the WVU/Oklahoma football game on Saturday, November 19. The winning package also includes two hospitality tent passes, two pre-game on-field passes and a parking pass.
As an added bonus to the contest, anyone donating to the participating stores from October 1 to October 31 will receive a $10 off discounted ticket offer for the WVU/Kansas football game on Saturday, November 5.
Donations are sold in Goodwill stores to support the agency’s mission of helping people improve their quality of life through work and related services. Goodwill NCWV provides services such as job coaching and placement to adults with disabilities and students transitioning to the workforce or post-secondary education.
