Warren Plaza

  • Housing for people with physical disabilities
  • Located in Pittsburgh’s Hill District neighborhood
  • 15 total units, built in 2002

Summerdale Court

  • Housing for people with intellectual disabilities
  • Located in Clairton, PA
  • 8 total units, built in 2003

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must qualify by HUD income guidelines (specific information is available from the Property Manager at the time of application)
  • Must be able to live independently
  • Additional requirements may apply depending on the property
