Goodwill’s Testing Center is open but operating at limited capacity due to the Covid-19 health crisis.
Testing is held at Goodwill SWPA's Workforce Development Center in Lawrenceville - 118 52nd Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201. Goodwill is on the bus line and free parking is available.
Please note: Students are required to register online prior to testing.

How do I register?
Registration is simple. Simply sign up at www.hiset.ets.org and create an account to schedule and pay for the HiSET.

Scheduling is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week on the HiSET website at www.hiset.ets.org. Your HiSET account allows you to schedule tests, view scores and manage your test-taking experience. Please contact the ETS Disability Services at 1-855-802-2748 to schedule your appointment if you require testing accommodations. Choose the Goodwill of Southwestern PA site located at 118 52nd Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201.
Hours available for HiSET testing are currently Tuesdays, beginning at 11 a.m.
What do I need to bring to Goodwill the day of the test?
A current (not expired) photo identification card that also includes your signature and birthday, like a state ID or Driver’s License. The HiSET website has additional information on things to bring on your test day and specific ID reqirements here.
