    HARBOR (Helping Alleviate Re-entry Barriers to Offender Reintegration) consists of 40 scattered units of transitional housing for homeless ex-offenders released from the Allegheny County Jail. Referrals must come from partnering providers.

    The Pleasant Valley Men’s Shelter accommodates the needs of 25 men who are homeless every night of the year. The Shelter provides residents with safe, secure sleeping quarters, a hot shower, and a warm evening meal. Residents can work toward stability and independence through various provided services and supports. Referrals must come through Allegheny Link.
