Goodwill’s FORGE (Family, Opportunity, Resilience, Grit, Engagement) program helps dads build parenting, relationship, and communication skills through workshops and the 24/7 Dad® program to be engaged, responsible, and committed fathers.
How it works:
- Complete orientation
- Attend all workshops (27 hours)
- Participate in optional employment and training
activities

Are you eligible?
Participants must be a father or father figure, age 18 years or older of a child(ren) 23 years old or younger, and reside in the Greater Allegheny County Area.
